The idea of Sanal flow choking suffers from serious inconsistencies on multiple counts but the basic problem is that blood is treated as if it were an ideal gas and compressible flow equations for isentropic flow are employed. This is contrast to well-known results that blood is a complex rheological fluid whose flow through human body is pulsatile, non-Newtonian and incompressible and consequently the framework and conclusions based on this concept are unfortunately speculative, misleading and incorrect.
